I am currently working with a construction company during summer to save money for school and it is really physical work. I have really increase my calories but was thinking about making a special drink to sip on all day, I have read a couple of beverly users making some but can't find any now.

I was planning on putting the following
2 scoops Ultra Size
2-4 tablespoons of gatorade
4 cups of milk
all mixed in 1-1.5 gallons of water and sipped throughout the day. Any suggestions?

It may just be me, but that doesn't seem like a very tasty or "stomach friendly" mixture for strenuous work. Plus I don't know how it will stay all day with the milk in it. Why not just try sipping on Glutamine Select and Creatine Select? And then have a pre-portioned protein shake or two in a shaker and a couple of bottle of water and whenever you take a break or use the bathroom, then you can get an extra hit of calories/protein. Or you could take an extra shake with your lunch or something.

That's just me. What does everyone else think?

instead of the gatorade and milk how about some mass maker and try to keep it cool in something. ive eaten some crazy stuff but i dont think that i could stomach almost curdled milk in the summer heat....

Muscle Provider is better for the mix. Use 3 scoops if you're needing the fluids. Otherwise, this is just as good:

6 Mass Aminos per hour.

I agree. If you're going to be outside, either take dry protein powder (Mass Maker for more calories, MP for less) and water. Leaving premixed shakes in the summer heat is asking for trouble. Plus, if you mix all of the above in 1-1.5 gallons water, it will be too dilute...taste like dirty water.

Bottom line, mix your shakes as you drink them, and drink your 1.5 gallons water separately.

Milk is definitely a bad idea. That's asking for food poisoning. And, overall, the only difference 2 to 4 TBS Gatorade will make is in the taste (which is fine if you like it). If you have a really good cooler with you then you can probably get away with making one large shake (see recipe below) and drinking that between whole food meals. Otherwise, you're better off adding water to the dry mix and pad more calories by eating extra fats and carbs on the side (like nuts and fruit).

GAIN SHAKE:
4 to 6 scoops Ultra Size
2 to 3 scoops Muscle Provider
3 to 6 scoops Mass Maker
4 to 6 TBS unprocessed vegetable oil or 8 to 12 level TBS (4 to 6 oz) unprocessed nut butter (like peanut or almond butter)
