I was on a diet for a lean mass gain then starting getting away from it. Before I knew it eight weeks went by. I was worried that if I went back to the diet but was more strict I wouldn't get the results because my body was now used to it. The last couple of weeks I been experimenting with other diets and I really want to go to the original. Do you think this is a good idea or is it bad to go back to a diet you have already done? For the short time I was on the diet I really started getting results.

Should be no problem going back to a diet that has worked for you before.
