hi everybody my question is for the members of the staff but feel free to chip in, i,ve been out of working out for more than 3 years now and my condition is TERRIBLE, before stoping i was about 205-210 with 12 to 16 percent body fat, 5' 10''

My goal is to get back into this again and get into the shape of my life( something that i have never done) with basics out of the way.

I plan to make my goal with the help of the beverly team, but i will like to know what kind of program will be the best for me right now, "off season, hardening, full contest". i'm shooting for a best condition between march and may of next year.

BTW i've been lurking in here for about a month now and i will like to know who are the staff members that help in the client profile programs and does beverly offer internet specials on their supplements in there site (never seen that). Well thx in adv.

Hi Gerald. I am happy to hear that you are getting back in the training and nutrition game. I know how crazy life can get. We all get side tracked at some point in our life…believe me, I sure have. Finding a healthy balance is always helpful. My recommendation would be to start with a build muscle and lose fat diet plan. This will keep your calories in a range where you can rebuild lean mass, as well as reduce stored body fat. This type of plan will also help you adjust to the change in nutrition before restricting you too much. After about six to eight weeks on this type of plan, we will help you evaluate your plan to see what changes should be made from there. Our entire staff is here for you. Please know that anyone you speak with is very knowledgeable and willing to help you reach your goals. Please feel free to call or email us anytime for help!

John, Welcome back to the Iron, You won't be sorry you started back , as you know it is benefical in so many aspects of life. I'm in my 40's as well and am in the shape of my life, thats one of the best things about the sport, there really is no age limit. Best of luck in your spring competitions, I'm right there with you, I'm doing one in April and May. Good Luck again...
