INCREDIBLE: A GUARANTEED PROGRAM
GAIN MUSCLE in JUST 3-MONTHS - NATURALLY! So Much Muscle So Fast … It’s Unreal! Abridged from Body Muscle Journal by ROGER RIEDINGER If you have been around the bodybuilding block for awhile, you probably remember some of the wild “advertisements and headlines” written in the old Muscle Media 2000 magazine. (Of course, the one about “bodybuilders crawling across broken glass to get their GH promoting product” in Ironman a few years ago – hey, that was pretty well over the top too)! Still, Muscle Media took the proverbial cake, (and the vanadyl sulfate too –remember that one?) Their self-improvement contests became famous, but were not so much about building muscle as they were about losing a lot of fat. They were successful and made a ton of money helping a lot of people get healthier. In the end though, fat loss contests are six of one and half a dozen of another. They come and go. Bodybuilders want muscle and that is much harder to come by. Beverly really excels here with Muscle Provider, Mass, Ultra Size, Ultra 40 and Synergy 2. But… give the early MM enormous credit. Instead of $5,000 prizes their top best winners each got a Corvette Coupe (all 10 worth $260,000). It was fun and big money even if it could not last. Instead of 50,000 entrants, we have 500, but in ours, there are 5 winners out of 500. In their contest, they had 10 winners out of 50,000 so your chances here are MUCH better! Yes, they had 50,000 for fat loss, but let’s face the facts, fat loss is a complete no-brainer compared to muscle growth. Indeed, I remember once when Jeff Everson wrote somewhere, “Any goof can lose fat by going in and having their stomach stapled or by taping their mouths shut, but the problem is, when you drop 100 pounds without gaining 25 pounds of muscle, you still look like ****.” Jeff added, “Take a look at the Subway guy, to us, Jared still looks like he is just starting to shape up and lose fat, albeit healthier, but it’s obvious he does not pump iron. Besides which, he looks goofy when he chews and Subway should keep his mouth closed.” (Jeff does have his opinions.) At any rate, the extremely smart Muscle Media editor then was one William Nathanial Phillips. Bill wisely marketed Dr. Scott Connelly’s engineered MRP MET-Rx, then Dr. Tony Alameda’s EAS/creatine monohydrate and finally he worked with a talented writer to do this thing called “Body for Life”. Yes, I would hazard he rode it all to a minimum of 150 million-plus buyout by age 32! Bill Phillips was a master at managing people to make HIM money. While at that, Bill managed to sell EAS and the magazine (hey—he was good, and it does not help that the current crew could not make Muscle Media succeed). So, now “MM” is for going out. The sad thing is that same story line has been “written” numerous times in the last 10 years by so-called business men who understand the vagaries of this market about as well as they understand a woman’s 28-day Estrus cycle. Such is the nature of short term business plans in bodybuilding. It would seem that only Joe Weider had a real good long-range business plan – and us! To us, there’s no point in publishing the “best, latest and greatest secret workout program designed to make you as big as Mr. IBBF Galaxy in 84 days with the XYZ supplement, unless you concurrently run his obligatory steroid program” Look, it’s never changed really. Get a good workout program that you enjoy and can recover from, do not over-train and use realistic progression and eat a lot of good proteins frequently... and be patient! Beverly is one company that REALLY GIVES BACK at the grass root level, we have been involved with thousands of athletes over the years. Herein, Beverly has developed a real meaningful workout program, based on 3-months, (84 days) of natural gut-busting work! We dare say we even know BETTER than Joe Weider probably ever did on the best day of his life, which training program works and which ones don’t! Our assumption is that you are not on steroids if you read Planet Muscle (since Dr. Everson himself has admitted he has used them, and–well, gee ‘nuff’ said), but if you do, well, that is your decision, the training works either way, but all training programs herein are based on 4 major things – natural training, real progression, specialization and maximum recovery. You see, our dirty inside industry secret is that those who do not use steroids should not try to match the volume and intensity of those who do! Believe us, such things as rest/recovery and realistic progression are the keys (with leg specialization right behind). Most naturals read the **** in all the magazines and think they are NOT progressing fast enough and soon enough they turn away from good proteins like MP, Ultra Size or even proteins like Pure Gro, BSN Dessert, Labrada Lean Body, Yates Approved Propeptide, Optimum Pro Complex and Glutamine, BCAA and Nitric acid and go instead to steroids or more likely – quit in frustration 90% of the time. Over training is still what everyone does. [Editor’s note: “Yes, see Lee Labrada article within”.] For example, the BEST workouts always involve two rest days following heavy leg training! Recovery can be facilitated by push/pull training on the major upper-body training days. Follow this exact training program for 3-months. Take before and after photos and submit them, plus all your documented changes in strength and size and body fat etc. If you are judged to have made the best progress. Planet Muscle & Beverly JOIN to pay 5 winners a total of $1,000 EACH (out of a maximum limit on entries of the first 500 to order one Ultra Size and one Muscle Provider) at the special adv. price found RIGHT at the END of this article, and you enter the event, post March 15th, for the best gains on this training program for a documented 84 days! Use the first day USA Today and last day to verify photos! Go for it. You can’t lose! THE OVERALL WORKOUT: Day 1 Chest/Back (Push-Pull) Day 2 Rest Day 3 Legs - Low Back - Abdominals Day 4 Rest Day 5 Rest Day 6 Delts – biceps - triceps Day 7 Rest Day 1: Chest, Back (push-pull) A: Bench Press super-set with: Bent-Row or Dumbbell row (or even seated Cable Row) 90 seconds rest between. DAY 7: REST Day 8: Start a new cycle... BUT vary up your weights, sets and reps, BUT always go to failure and do NOT over-train! EAT FOR SIZE & STRENGTH ...GET MUSCLE! You must do this - take you bodyweight and DOUBLE it for protein grams daily (divided up over seven total meals) and try our Ultra Size and Muscle Provider. We guarantee muscle and we do help! Use the protein three times “super-setted” with 3 high protein meals! Please excuse the commercialism, but it is FACT and inside bodybuilders know it. We KNOW that Beverly MP, Mass and Ultra Size are best in quality, convenience, taste and thus results. We know it and we guarantee it. One thing the quality companies like Optimum, Dorian Yates and Labrada, they acknowledge each other as quality and they do not disparage anyone. You won’t ever find any of that in Planet Muscle, unlike other mags and we like this! Ok, back, Ultra Size is best as a rich and creamy drink with skim milk for even more protein. You can also make Ultra Size pudding, Ultra Size frozen treats, Ultra Size crepes and more. No matter how you use Ultra Size it provides extra nutritional support and is a superior source of high nitrogen to gain muscle. In fact, if you order any 6 units of any Beverly proteins such as Mass, USize, MProvider and/or 100% Egg, we will send you FREE, our most powerful and special protein— Muscle Provider, (shipping paid) --- A $50 VALUE! You grow during rest and sleep, and between workouts! Recovery ranks SUPREME! So... we made a new “Glutamine Select plus BCAAS” to provide the highest grade fuel source of free-form L-glutamine and BCAAs for your muscles to “feed on” in training and in recovery. In addition to fueling growth, glutamine and BCAAs in your blood-muscle stimulates fat store use, prevents muscle breakdown and increases muscle growth (all even in low calorie and stressful times). Then, using our new Creatine Select plus Phosphates both half before you train and half after, will REALLY help most people gain mass, especially the Robert Redford “Naturals”. Not only are we the only company that will give you a 100% return if ours is not the best creatine or glutamine you have EVER used, we have found a MUCH better way to get more creatine delivered inside your muscle cells. Train hard or Go home! |

Is there any cardio to do with this program??

This is a gain program. Cardio is optional, but should you do cardio, you must remain in a positive caloric state and provide enough to make sure your cardio does not send you into negative during or after.* Endurance training would be a definite, "No." There is much controversy about cardio and its ability to have a negative impact on muscle gains. There really is not enough time for me to be very specific, so I've only touched on this because everything can be adjusted to suit the want and needs of a program. It is whether the individual can make adjustments. Time is always a factor. Do I have the time to get 8 hours of quality sleep? Do I have the time to do the complete program, then add the cardio at the correct times and supplement foods and drinks to match? Many more questions to ask yourself! *If you are taking in 2500 cals but do a bike for 1500 cals, chances are you've tapped into muscle for fuel. Supplement with a simple carb to immediately replenish glucose during and it can prevent the catabolism and maintain muscle gains. Adding amino acids and Energy Reserve will be a big help! Cardio is a loose term because it is the intensity that should be questioned. What type of cardio should be or not be done with this program? Frank "Lift and be happy. Lift harder and be excited...Get Excited, Get Big!!!" |
