I have never competed but plan to in the future hopefully this coming spring. I Have been working with a bev advisor since January and have seen good gains in muscle and loss in fat but I was wondering what supplements to take in the months leading up to starting a precontest diet. I am currently taking 2LO,4U-40,4 Mass with each meal and 2 7Keto in morning and evening on empty stomach plus a super pak each morning. My question i s what supplements do you think that I should be taking during the next coouple of months and what kind of calorie range should i be in . I am looking to stay at about the weight but stay lean or get even leaner I am currently 10.5%BF and 181lbs so I have quite a bit of fat to lose. I was wanting to try synergy but would like to use the basic supplement stack to save money but not sacrafice gains in muscle and fat loss.

FYI... the iNBF banned 7-keto supps. thought you might want to know if you plan on competing in the organization.

I wouldnt use the Lean Out nor the 7-keto until you are in full blown competition dieting. Im sure those were recommended to you as you probably stated your goal was fat loss and maintaining muscle. HOwever, did you also tell them you were looking to compete soon. Anyways, Id save those for when dieting get really hard and youll want those little extra supps to lose bodyfat. In the offseason Ive found creatine, mass aminos, u40 and Mass Maker to be all one needs with a good diet to add nice muscle and stay relatively lean. But thats just my experience. Others will differe a bit, but i think ive named some of the univeral supps for sure. Good luck, |
