Drop the cals for a bit, mainly the fat. Are the fats you're taking in all good or is it including saturated fats?

Go to a hardening phase.

Carbs/protein 1 gm = 4 cals
Fat 1 gm = 9 cals

If you're on a gain cycle, vary your diet considerably and always include fruits and veggies. I don't see any of them on your posted diet.

Body building is not only about looking good or feeling good, it's about overall health and keeping that body you have as 21 yr well up into your OLD AGE. Last year, I saw a 62 yr old take 2nd in the heavy-weight class.
