I have had this question for a few days now, but have just hashed it out.

Just a little background. I was on a few diets at the begining of the year and lost 30+ lbs. I would like to loose about 10-15 more. I would also like to gain lean muscle. I was making great gains before, but have gone off my diet and have maintained my weight goals. The reason I have gone off the diets is because at times they are kind of expensive. I would just like to know if this diet/weight training program would help me with my goals.

Meal 1:

3 Whole eggs
1/2 cup oatmeal
1 bannana

Meal 2:

2 scoops MP

Meal 3:

1 tuna sandwich (1 whole large container)

Meal 4:

2 Scoops MP

Meal 5:

1 turkey sandwich (8 oz turkey, w/ mustard)

Post work out meal:

2-3 scoops of Mass Maker

Supps:

4 Mass Amminos
4 Ultra 40's
Creatine select during workouts
Glutimine during workouts
1 Super Pak at breakfast

Work Out Plan:

Monday: Rest
Tuesday: Chest/Bis/Upper back/ABS
Wednesday: Shoulders/Tris/Lower back/ABS
Thursday: Rest
Friday: Legs
Saturday: Chest/Bis/Tris/Shoulders/ABS (HIIT style)
Sunday: Rest

Thanks for those who reveiw this. Thanks in advanced for any help.
