You know how your body responds to a certain number of calories so by just upping that a tad each couple of weeks the body handles that much better and clearly lets less fat accumulate as your body slowly comes back up in calories and then utilizes it the right way to store as energy and lift the metabolism with the calories as you go along!! Your body does actaully repsond hormonally in better way when you are at this point and will actually put on more muscle w/o the extra bodyfat and can hold onto that when the tons of extra fat come with the binge eating after a diet! You are not too low in bodyfat which can be a problem for injury, but your not too fat that the body can still work and function optimally for lean muscle gains and easier precontest dieting!!
