since these eggs have 660 mg Omega 3 per egg (www.christophereggs.com), i dont anticipate an adverse effect on my lipid profile. Last blood draw was 07 Dec '06 and my values were pretty good:
triglycerides 42, HDL 57, LDL 88, total cholesterol 153

I'll get another lab eval after about 3-4 months on this plan.

I'm getting my vitargo from purevitargo.com since the originators of the product recommend that site.

I have to get back into it as serious as fitdoc, since I have bought a house and I have started some home improvement projects it seems like my nutrition has fallen to the wayside. I am eating 5 meals a day on nontraing days and 6 on trainnig days and training on a push/pull/legs workout 3 times a week doing cardio and abs only once a week.

Yes- I know that is all it takes 3 times a week-
For me to gain size though I have to be spot on with the nutrition and the calories have to be high. I think I might go back on the all day long shake sip diet from beverly it worked well for me in the past for gaining size.

My nutrition is suffering, when I start in on a project usually on the weekends I lose track of time and I end up skipping meals.

Yeah, Jeremiah F. used that nutrition technique with great success (sipping on high caloric protein shake throughout the day).

Thanks Sup! No, never tried waxy maize. I know many people use TP's WM, but i wanted to use the original product that was used in the original study. That's vitargo. TP and pure vitargo use a different source for their respective carbohydrate.

Hey Fitdoc! You are using solely Vitargo post workout? Why don't you change it to 6 scoops Mass Maker instead?.... I bet it tastes better, but more importantly, it is the ULTIMATE form of post-workout food/MRP!!

Hey Fitdoc, how is the off season plan working out? Give us an update and some current stats. Are you still using the above diet, and if so, has it been effective? Also, how is the Vitargo working out? Keep us posted.
