This was already said, but definitely go see a chiropractor AND get deep tissue massages on a regular basis. I've had similar problems, finally culminating in a burning sensation in my right thigh. After pain killers stopped helping and the docs were clueless, I went to a chiropractor and massage specialist after about 2 months of constant pain. It was the best and most NATURAL/non-NSAID thing I could have done to help myself. The day after my first visit, the burning was almost completely gone and after my follow up 4 days later, all the pain was gone and the pressure that I had learned to live with for the past few years in my lower back was gone.
I hope you find some relief, 'cause I know it sucks! !!!!RUCKING AWESOME!!!! |

The best exercise for the lower back has been post warm up stretch where you do a squat (no weight) and hold for 20 seconds. I support myself by holding onto the squat rack. I return to the standing position and repeat for 10.
A chiropractor told me to do this. It has been a big help. Frank "Lift and be happy. Lift harder and be excited...Get Excited, Get Big!!!" |

i have low back pain and it does hinder my daily exercise routine where I used to do the smith machine, etc, to lose the excess pear shape....I do love the Joint Care, better than Aleve (stomach problems if you take those otc anti-inflammatories)...Also, nutritionally speaking on days your back is hurting more, do not eat heavy proteins like steak, they release things (can't think of medical term at this quick moment) but it causes your body to be more inflammed...if you are going to eat heavy proteins take enzymes too!!! Good health to you...
