In your "expert" Smile opions what do you feel is the minumim supplements that should be taken in the off season. I will be taking Ultra Size, Mass Maker, and Ultra-40. Is there anything else at a MIN that you think should be required? I would love to take it all, but...

Thanks,
Jeff

It's hard to give one answer that wil fit each person. For most people with the goal of building muscle and losing fat, who are used to taking supps, I recommend Ultra 40 and/or Mass, Glutamine Select, Super Pak vitamins and UMP or US.

You could add some Mass Maker post training if more of a building focus or do Muscle Provider or UMP post training if more of a maintainence or lean focus. If you can't afford to do both Mass & Ultra 40 at the same time, your could do Mass one month and Ultra 40 the next...

Really depends on off season goals.

Jeff,

What Ive been doing is below:

Creatine Select
Ultra Size for meal replacement
Mass Maker for post training, or US and a yam
Mass Aminos, five each meal

I know some will say go with Ultra 40. I believe right now my protein needs are met and I feel that I will get more benefit from the Aminos completing the protein profile of my meals than simply taking Ultra 40. Im going to see how this goes. This is a cost-benefit analysis, in a perfect world both are best.

Good Luck,

Rachel,

Quick reply! :-) I am really needing to put mass on my legs this off season. I want to stay lean enough where I dont loose much of the much needed muscle on the legs. I can add the Mass Amino's to the list. I was going to use the Mass Maker for a pre-post workout drink. The US was going to be for meals 2 and 4 with heavy whipping cream.

Basically my goal for this off season is to gain as much muscle as I can without getting "fat" :-) (Utopia huh) LOL

Thank you,
Jeff

Jason,

That sounds good. As you, I am looking at a total cost vs benefits for the off season. I am probably just going to go ahead and add the Mass Aminos. :-) Cover all the bases! lol

It looks great! Those are pretty much the ones I would recommend also. Personally I would go with Ultra 40's instead of Mass because of the completely different protein profile (beef liver) in the addition to your meals. Not to forget about all those amazing B Vitamins with every serving!!

Lots of B Vitamins = Highly Efficient Protein Synthesis
