Hey Gals!! I am looking for some women advice on gaining muscle. I am a figure competitor but I am taking this season off to finish school and really focus on gaining some serious muscle before next season. The only problem is that I am stuck at where to start. I have researched over the internet to see what I should be doing to get my muscles to grow and be it all seems to reference to guys. Do any of you ladies have any advice for me when it comes to gaining muscle. I am not looking to lean out. Since my last show I have maintained my bodyfat at 13%. I have seen lots of improvment since my last show but I am have seemed to stop growing. I just want to know the true facts of what it takes to get your muscles to grow.
