Looking for some feedback. I'm not happy with my leg/foot placement on the back shots. Having trouble spiking the calf correctly. I'm hoping that with the final weeks water manipulation and carb up that the definition/separation will come in better in my legs and tri's - plus if I could pose better that would help! - lol

Here is the photo link: (1 week out album)

Sorry a little delayed...here is my critiques.

Ab/thigh
Again bring the elbows in some
dont put your planted foot (or in the pic your right foot) so far back. As for front leg (or left in the pic) put over more by the right leg. There should be little gap between the legs. This will make your legs look bigger. Again check out my photo folder, first album, there is a pic of this pose in there and Kevin and I both are hitting it correctly. The way you have your legs makes your right glute stick out and it is throwing your symmetry off.

Back bicep
In the position you are in the pic you need to raise the arms a bit more and then push the fists in the same direction as your glutes and back are facing. As you do this allow your elbows to come a little forward. This will really flar the lats better. As for the leg Id bring the spiked calf back a little further and out to the side. This will create a better symmetrical look since your arms are out wide, the legs should be too. Not to wide but just a little more and really spike the calf hard to get that calf popping.

Side chest
I still have my original comments. That outside chest needs to be high. Try this take a huge deep breath filling your lungs. Now your chest should be high. Now hit the pose. It seems you are trying to show your obliques maybe...but this is not the pose to do that, thats ab/thigh by bending to a side. As before that back arm should be tight against your torso pushing that back pec further up. Chest high and abs in.

Front double bi
Looks good up top. As for the legs you have your knees locked down. This takes away from your sweep and cuts. First put your heels a little close together. Then you should be trying to push outward and trying to push your glutes through to the front. Of course you cant but this flexes the adductors and the outward push flexes the heads of the quads. The slight bend it crucial to getting the best out of your sweep.

Rear lat
I think you have your hands to far in front of you body. In the pic you have spread the left side pretty good but not the right side. This comes with hand placement and practice. You can also turn your head to the side to recruit some trap development (same on rear bi). Again on the legs Id spread them a bit moving the spiked foot a bit more to the side and really digging that calf in.

I dont think you can correct these in one week...nor should you be alarmed. But you wanted feedback so now you have it. Id invest in perfect posing when this show is over or snap photos and keep posting and well keep critiquing till its down cold. Good luck this weekend. Also look back at Kevin B's posts he has posted a link with about 20 bev bodybuilders and there are plenty of the mandatory photos being hit properly. I know Rainer Hartmann has one of the side chest so does Kevin Burger. Good luck.
