Hi! Does anyone know the formula for the 9 site body fat calculation? I did a search on this board and couldn't find it. I also need to know which two additional sites are measured (beyond the Jackson Pollock 7 site). An online calculator would be great, too! So far I can only find software programs for sale...

9 Sites are as follows: Pec, Bi, Tri, Abdominal, supra-iliac, subscap, lower-back, Quad, calf

Equations is this: Sum of 9 sites X 27 divided by bodyweight
