I have been reading about this Workout and Contest Handbook put out by Beverly Intl. in this latest issue of Planet Muscle! I always loved the supplements but apparently missed the boat on this.
Does anybody know how I can get a copy of this?? I am looking all over Ebay and cant find anything. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks |

I would also like to know the answer to this. I have a copy but have lost a couple of pages with important diet info..I got it a while ago by ordering a certain dollar amount of supplements but I have yet to see them offer the book again.

I don't think that's the right one. This handbook has a step-by-step diet for the figure athlete to follow at 6 wks out and a breakdown of what to eat the last week and the day of a competition. Those are the pages I lost at my previous competition.

Copied and pasted material from some other web pages that are specific to my goals. After I got everthing organized went to Kinko's and got them to bind it, put a cool looking (thick) cover (for protection of water etc..) on it. I take it to the gym to journal my workouts and CV. Sounds like a boot leg or a underground hand book is floating around. |

For information on any of our Manuals you'll need to contact Beverly directly at 800-781-3475. You'll only find excerpts from it online. The whole thing is about 90 pages and it's not available anywhere else. It's a priceless reference source and how-to blueprint for anyone that wants to build muscle and lose fat or compete.
