I'm looking to start....yes I said start bodybuilding. I've always been amazed buy the sport but could never find others to, "Hang-with." My wife is a fitness junkie and I feel like a slob. LOL. I'm into mountain biking pretty heavy and this would only help...right? Anyway....looking for a personl traner or some peoples to help me get started. I live in the Chesapeake area and fo to the Huntington YMCA.I'm 5'9 and weigh in at 210 lbs with a, "football stocky body." Please help....I think my wife and I would become addicted to this!!!! Thankx, Ben

subscribe to the newsletter. It will give you a fix on solid information. Also Check through the site and find someone your size and build. Then take the diet and training regimine and copy it. Pretty simple process. To get started I would look at Steve Colescetts eating clean articles and clean up the kitchen. Once you start eating clean 5-6 meals per day then kick into a more strict diet. I always ease into it. Eat clean weekdays then take weekends off to get back in after i get side tracked off the protocol. So i clean it up for a month then strict diet. there is so much free info on this site from real people too pass up on. If you look at most of the fitness magazines those are not real people most are taking something. Good luck.

Thankx Joe & Gettinripped513, Great article,(Eating Clean) Can anyone steer me in the right direction as a begginer lifting program or is there such a thing??I downloaded a copy of the training guide but not sure what to start with. How many sets should I be doing? One body part a day...or start out switching off with upperbody and lower?? Is there a personal trainer that someone could suggest in my area or someone looking for a training partner. (Southern Ohio) Thankx again, Ben
