I Competed in the N.C. NPC State, in Greensboro N.C.on sat. I won the over 40 class and my friend Mark that i trained , won novice heavy, and novice overall!! We both showed that quality won over size ! We both still cant believe it what a feeling state champs ! thanks for the inspiration of all on the board and the support. we couldnt do it without you guys and the quality supplements of Beverly !
