How many of you are tired of just looking so darn good? I know I am. I have new product line along with workout schedule to help achieve this goal.

My diet will include 1 Big Mac or Burger King Double.

Meal #1 3 IHOP pancakes, bacon and 2 whole eggs
Meal #2 - Shake...DQ of course. If DQ isn't available, try a MacFlurry.
Meal #3 - Peanut butter and banana sandwich on rye toast. 4 TBS regular PB
Meal #4 - Same as #2
Meal #5 - 1 extra large BroMan's Pizza extra dough 3 Guiness Stout
Meal #6 2 #2 Sonic with Onion Rings and Large Root Beer

On Monday, Wednesday and Friday, substitute meal #6 with 1 Big Mac, Fries or Burger King Double meat double cheese.

Workout plan 8 reps to Fridge and back, pick up TV remote.

I'm sure that my GAIN FAT LOSE MUSCLE will go over very well. I'm on my way to restructure the food pyramid.

Just thought everyone may like a laugh. Beverly may want to consider removing this because some whacko might sue because they followed this diet!

Frank

PS...Yep, got to do it again.

Cheat meal, Satuday only: Chicken breast with veggies Big Grin

EDIT: All of this came from the gym. We were on a rant along with some personal trainers because clients complained they haven't seen any improvements over a 12 week period. WELL? They didn't follow the diet AT ALL. Some continued nearly as posted above. NOT KIDDING!

Funniest one: A girl walked into GNC and wanted to find one of those, RIPPED FUEL type. The person handed her what he thought was the best on the market. "OH NO! I gained 5 lbs with those." ROFL. I kept my mouth shut and walked out.

LOL.... Big Grin

Lets do it Frank ! I bet we can hit that 260 mark in no time following this "meal plan" !!

I have to agree totally. I talk to guys at work every day that complain about my eating (chicken, veggies, etc) and then in the next sentence tell me about this or that diet they are now "on". Friday nights at work is the night everyone orders out. Well, one of my buddies is on his "no carb diet" So, I was giving him heck all evening telling him he couldn't order out. So, lunch time rolls around and I see him sit down with an extra large pizza...LOADED. I was like what the heck? What happened to the diet? He responded... " I'm only gonna eat the toppings" Confused
SAY WHAT??? LOL...

Anyway...I am just sitting here trying to think of the last time I had one of those foods on teh GFLM diet... been a long long time. I think I would be in the hospital after just one day of this diet..lol.

Frank brother... you continue to add laughter and joy to this board. For some like myself who get way too serious about all of this... its great to laugh reading your posts. It often reminds me that... hey... this is supposed to be fun and you can laugh while still puttin in the hard work.

Well, I'm glad everyone has found humor. Unfortunately, this is the USA and that humor isn't a lie. How many of you know someone that follows the pattern? I know a few.

Do you want to watch someone workout hard, get their heart rate up? Hide the remote.

I know a few that really believe the fast food is "half healthy". The fact that their waist is 2X bigger than the chest shows how healthy it really is.

Then, you have the one at the gym all they'll do is cardio before they go to the bar...and they say it, too! "Got to workout because we're going to Tiny's tonight." Roll Eyes

How about the people who go to the gym the morning AFTER they go to the bars. This is why I no longer train at 5AM on Saturday and Sunday mornings. They all come in, start doing their cardio, begin to sweat, and stink up the entire gym with the alcohol from the booze excreting from their pores as well as the accompanying garlic and onion aroma's.

Some of the bigger guys who are always on the treadmill with the menacing glares and tribal artwork on their body's (after their night of drinking) will watch me as I do my squats, etc. However they never touch a weight. Only do cardio. A while back I was training while gulping down my Muscle Mass bcaa's in between sets. One of these guys asked me later in the locker room how many of those I was popping. I said I take 30 during traing and that it helps build and preserve muscle. Now, when I partition my Muscle Mass, I put 30 of them in an old vitamin C bottle and put it in my gym bag. I "forgot" to tell him though. This guy thought that I was taking 30 vit c tablets. He has also accused me (behind my back of course, to other gym members) of taking steroids to aquire the massive physique I have... 165lbs. Roll Eyes
Well it turns out that he took 30 vitamin c tablets during his cardio and I heard through the vine that he had the runs for a week straight which kept him out of work for a while. Smile

Your GFLM Diet sounds like the movie, "Super Size Me." Check it out it; the result from eating at McDonald's for 1 month is interesting.

I think the movie is worth watching, but is the result really that interesting?
Is it surprising that eating garbage like that for a month, 3 times a day caused anyone to gain so much weight and become so unhealthy?!!

Not really. I'd be surprised more, actually, if the guy **remained** healthy.

I had no interest in the movie. I just don't believe everything in it. Kidneys permanently damaged, liver on rye and whatever.

I'm sure there may have been some bad health issues, but I just don't believe to the extent they were talking about.

I wonder if the movie was set up by CBS (or whichever the company it was with the bad fuel tanks).

Garbage In, Garbage Out. You are what you eat.
