Hi Everyone,
I am leaving for vacation with my family Friday and am trying to plan out my workouts. We will be away about 8 days. I will have access to a small fitness center but I don't want to be a nag to my family by spending a lot of time there. I plan on doing cardio each day, primarily running, but any recommendations on lifting splits that will be effective but not time consuming? I am thinking of maybe lifting 3 or 4 times during the week. I have been lifting 6 days a week this month: Monday- legs, Tuesday- chest, Wed- Shoulders, Thur- legs, Fri-back, Sat-Arms. Any help is appreciated. -Marisa |
