im 2 wks out from my 3rd figure show. this is the first show i have incorperated beverly supp. into my training. i currently have enough lean out, 7 keto, density to get me through, but am almost out of energy reserve. also taking efa's, msm, glucosamine, chondroitin, multivitamin, green tea, b6. i as far as the last 2 weeks w/ the bev supps, i could use some help on when to take them and how many. any advice?

Hi there. If you go to http://www.beverlyinternationa...recontestfemale.html there's a great supplement list with the best way to take each supp for where you are in your prep. You might want to up your Lean Out to 3 with each meal during your last week. I would also take 1-2 Energy Reserve with each meal for the next two weeks. Hope this helps!
