Hi, Was wanting some advice for a 50 day online challege i signed up for. The challenge started the day after thanksgiving and runs thru Jan. 13th. It is 7 weeks long. My question is What can i do to up the fatloss in the shortest amount of time?
I know eating clean is one which i am currently doing but are there things i should even cut out of my diet since the challenge is so short? I have been doing my cardio after my weight training for about 20 to 25 min. should i up that?
I do one to 2 body parts a day working legs 2 times a week with up to 4 cardio after weight training sessions. I am pretty much following the beverly international eating outline. And what i mean by that is i dont always follow the order in which they have the food and shakes laid out.

I would recommend going to the Frequently Asked questions section here on the board. In the Master FAQ section, go to the Pre Contest/Maximum Fat Loss nutrition plans and click on the female plan. To get the best and fastest results follow that plan to the letter. The order of the meals is not important. But eating those meals and supplements on a consistent every day basis is.
Cardio should always be progressive. Keep track of your calories burned (an estimate is fine) and try to burn 5%-10% more calories each week. So yes, that means you'll need to up your cardio, and keep increasing it through the 7 weeks. Your nutrition and the supplements listed on that plan will retain your muscle and pull those extra calories you're burning from your fat.
Thanks for replying SWade!! I have copied off the reading material. I do have a question though. What is the difference between glutamine select and up lift? I have and am taking all the supplements already. I do not like the 7 keto musclean, it for some reason makes me feel weird!
Uplift is a pre training formula used to give a better pupmp during workouts along with energy and strength. It offers other benefit as well but that is the gist of it. I like it seems to work well and it has no stimulants like most others do. Glutamine Select is pretty versitle. It is a blend of Branch Chain Amino Acids and Glutamine. Most use it during workouts to ward of catabolism. This way your body will use the Glutamine Select for fuel instead of muscle tissue. Its also good to use before and after training as well as in between meals if you are really restricting your calories. I would use Glutamine Select first then bring in UpLift in if your diet gets very tough and you need the extra go go juice.
I have been using Glutamine select for awhile now and i was just thinkin of trying something different. I am almost out of it so i though i would try the up lift to see how it compares. Thanks for your reply datas4.
