Supplement adive please!

I've heard great deals of info on supplements, especially info saying they can help maximize yoru workouts and muscle growth. So, what are the best supplements to buy?

If you do a search on the message board or look at the website, I'd say that would be a good place to start.

But as far as a supplement that I just started using that I love, I would have to say Density would be it.

I'm not sure if I really notice any quicker recovery or extra energy factor (granted, I take a lot of other supplements for that so it would be hard to tell if Density helped), but I DEFINITELY noticed the muscle factor.

I used it the week before a 3 week protein deprivation cycle (that's a whole other discussion) and noticed that my muscles felt fuller and firmer. And then I started using it 2 days after I ended the protein deprivation cycle. WOW, it was amazing. I'm sure part of the results were because I started eating protein again, but the first couple days after the cycle I started looking really good...added Density after a couple of days and saw some AMAZING cuts. I am still using Density now, a month later and my muscles are fuller and firmer than they ever have been.

I'd also say that if you are cool with Glutamine and Creatine Select (I don't use them anymore because they have artificial sweetners, if you don't care, then go for it!), add them. Everyone seems to like Uplift as well. I'm pretty sure you can use all 3 in your workout.
