Okay guys...Im 27 years old...about 5'10", 220lbs currently. I grew up a heavy, obese child....I started to watch my diet in high school once I hit 265, and I have managed to lose about 40 pounds in the last 10 years or so. I was once down to 205, but I basically stay around 210-220. I never lifted heavily in the past, but in Feb I joined a local club.

I currently work out 3-4 days a week, I have done Size Workouts, General Conditioning, etc. I usually try to do HIIT cardio 3 days a week for 20-30 minutes.

My diet consists of a lot of chicken breasts, salads, I eat whole grains sometimes(whole grain bread, pasta, rice, etc). I do allow myself to kinda splurge on the weekend, never extreme.

I want to lose my 38 inch waist, I want to tone up. I have noticed an increase in muscle since I started, and Im a little firmer...but I want more. I want to lose this belly fat I have had my whole life...

Any suggestions?
Currently taking Quadracarn and Density. Took 7Keto and Lean Out prior

Thanks!

Supplement choice looks good. I would go with either super pak or ultra 4, lean out, quadracarn and density. Just make sure you are taking them correctly.
2 lean out with each meal
3 quadracarn 3 times a day
density around workouts/ a serving before during and after would probly work well.

there are several methods on how to use bev supps. if you search the site u can find them.

Make sure your diet is in line. Nothing will help you lose the fat better than a solid meal plan. look around the site to find someone that is about your size, that should help with a meal plan. Lift heavy and keep up on your cardio too. you dont have to do HITT. you may want to start with LISS and save HITT till it is needed. One other thing, I noticed you said you sometimes eat whole grains. Thats good as long as your complex carb sources are "clean" i would avoid the pasta and the bread. brown rice is good as well as oats, sweet potato, barley, even some red potatos etc...

Hope this helps

Thanks for your help...
So I should just take the density around my workout rather than taking 3 first thing in the morning?

Are whole wheat tortillas a bad idea also? Sometimes i get tired of eating just chicken breast and make a wrap or sandwich.

3 in the morning isnt a bad idea either that will help shift your body into anabolism first thing in the morning. As far as whole wheat goes, it may be ok for awhile but when you get to a certain leaness it will def hinder further fatloss. I like to season up so brown rice and cut my chicken up and mix them both together for a chicken and rice bowl. try some garlic and onion powder and somthin spicy too. it makes for a tasty meal
