Our very own Tammy Patnode won the women's overall at the Battle of The Burgh in Plattsburgh NY yesterday. I was there and can tell everyone honestly, that when Tam stepped on stage it was GAME OVER!!
I could rave on and on here but some of the highlights displayed were: great posing presentation, insane quad sweep, best calf development in the show (yes, including the guys) wicked rear double bi, and most of all she genuinely appeared to have a good time on stage with a relaxed yet confident demeanor. OK, I'll stop now.
She also is one of the nicest and gracious people I have met. OK, I'll REALLY stop now

Aram sounds like a good candidate to be the head of your fan club! He does not look like much of a cheerleader but he has great enthusiasm.
