A little info about me... I have been working out for 10+ years, to keep myself in shape and have just tossed around the idea of doing a competition. I now have met a Trainer who also competes in Figure competitions. She told me to get some Beverly products and pick a show - and just do it!
I decided to do a show in April so I have 8+ months to get ready for it. I've seen information saying "go to Beverly and get diet plan" where do you do that? Here on the discussion board or somewhere else? My info - Height 5'6" actually 5'6 1/2" Weight: 135 lbs BF% - 19% Lean mass 109 lbs I lift weights (intensely) 5 days a week, 1 bodypart per day. I started taking Beverly Muscularity and Ultra 40 a month ago. Two weeks after I started taking them, I got my bodyfat percentage checked (by electrolysis) and I had gained 3 lbs of muscle in just 1 month! Before that, I would put on 4 lbs of muscle within 3 months and I just put on 3 lbs of muscle within just 1 month, after being on the two Beverly products for just 2 weeks. I love them! I'm lucky to get any cardio into my week - I'm trying to get a routine of 3 or 4 days a week for 20 - 30 minutes at a time. I also am taking the Lean Out, Super Pack, and EFA Gold. I am looking for a diet plan and I can not have anything with Splenda/sucralose in it. I get severe neurological problems if I have anything with that ingredient. Can anyone help me out or point me in the right direction to get some information? |

Hello Harvest. Welcome to the board. Congratulations on picking your first show. That is super exciting.
We don't do one on one nutrition programs, but each issue of the free No Nonsense magazine is a course in nutrition, training, supplements and competiting. If you're not signed up to receive the free No Nonsense, go to http://beverlynutrition.com/ev...55102993/m/288102993 to get details on how to get signed up right away. There are tons of articles at www.bodybuildingworld.com that will give you a blueprint on preparing for a figure competition. The first two must-reads for figure are "A Fit Figure: Here’s How!" and "Four Month Figure Makeover". There is also some great info right here on the forum. Go up to the Beverly's Frequently Asked Questions section, click on Master FAQ List and scroll scroll down to Beverly Nutritional Programs. There's a great sample plan for a female that would be a perfect start for where you are right now. Hope this helps. Good luck with your journey! Rachel Wade Team Beverly |
