Hey ya'll,
First off I just want to say I love this forum and its really helped me get to know a lot about the products before I shell out some dough. So thanks everyone at Beverly BUT I DON’T HAVE THE KNOWLEDGE TO KNOW WHATS BEST FOR ME To my point though: FIRST OFF I AM A VERY MOTIVATED AND WANT THE BEST OF MY ATHLETE CAREER! I'm a 19 yr old college catcher and have taking working out about as serious as I could through out my life. I was a 3 sport varsity athlete in high school (football, baseball, and wrestling) I’m 6'2" 195 lb and am just cut up. I work out hard but it has just came to my attention that some of my buddies on the team have seen faster gains with Creatine and Protein powders before and after they lift. I WANT THAT AND FEEL I DESERVE IT SINCE I AM A LOT HARDER WORKING THEN MOST OF THEM! I had a brother that played college football and took everything that was sold at GNC. He put up 525 on bench his senior year. My point is it's in my genes to get results but for years I've done it all naturally mainly because I thought I could do without and save the money, but times have changed now that I’m in college and I see my teammates getting bigger, faster, stronger then me. I can see supplements are worth the money! Another thing I want you to know is I had knee surgery (that’s just the life of the catcher) I wore out most of my cartilage in my knees, so I want to know/ ask if anybody can tell me what PRODUCT I should take for that. To recap: I just really want to know what is the best “stuff” to take for a highly active19 yr old male college catcher should take who does tons ( but balanced amounts of ) cardio, weights, plyo, and yoga. I WANT TO BE BIGGER, FASTER, STRONGER! I want to know what protein would work for a hard working solid muscle, college catcher (I see Beverly has a lot of choices). What are other great products from Beverly I should take to see a great gain in strength but is healthy for a guy who does tons of plyo, wind sprints and yoga? Finally should I take a joint supplement? At nineteen you are in a good spot to get bigger, stronger, faster very easily. Nutrition is a big key, the E-Z Dieting article
