My name is Christopher. I am a 25 year old male and have been following Beverly Nutrition's Meal Plans for about 5 years now!

I was turned onto the company back in 2003 by a former friend on a thread named "Dr. Pain!"

I am absolutely hooked on you guys and am a walking example of how well your programs work!

I was 330 lbs in high school and now I am 6'4" 260lbs and drop dead sexy! LOL!

Well, I am currently CUTTING and the results don't lie as always!
