Hello everyone. I am trying to lose weight around 30 pounds and i am kind of lost on what to do. I enjoy working out but im not quite sure what to do and what to eat to help me lose weight. I do weight training and i also do cardio for about 45 min 4-5 times a week. Nothing is changing though and I'm prety sure its b/c of my eating habits. Any help would be great! thanks
Thanks for joining the board. You are probably correct in your assumption that your nutrition may be holding back your weight loss. Stay consistent with your training and cardio and start eating the right foods (and not eating the wrong ones). Don't get too technical at first, gradually switch to the foods listed in the articles below.
