Hi All! So 2009 is off to a good start for me...I just got an email from IFBB Pro Jen Hendershot and I was chosen to be in the fitness fashion show at the Arnold Classic in March. Definitely something to keep me motivated and on track starting the new year. This will be a good way to start getting my name and face out there...definitely helpful when competing in the NPC and trying to get my IFBB pro card.

So is anyone planning on attending the Arnold Classic this year?? I'll definitely be stopping by the Beverly stand to stock up on products! I haven't made it to the Arnold in a few years so I am excited!

I'll be at the Arnold Classic, I live in Dayton, only an hour or so away. But I won't entirely be myself as that is the weekend prior to the No. KY. I hope to see ya there.

Awesome...I'd love to meet you! More great news today....my pic from nationals is in the Feb 2009 issue of Muscular Development on pg 57. Shocked me when I saw it! Any publicity will help me! Thanks to Bev and Jason for getting me to my best in 2008...and now time for a body transformation in 2009 to better appeal the figure judges.

In a magazine, yet another great accomplishment. But you deserve the recognition because we all know how hard you worked to get that fantastic physique of yours.
I have been nominated for the IFPA Rookie of the year. They will announce it after the board meets and it will be presented at a show in May. I'll let ya know if I am chosen.

And I owe my success to Jason and the quality Bev Supplements too. Wooooo-hoooooo!

I am going to try to get to the Arnold at some point on Sat. Would love to meet up with you both but I don't have a time locked down that I will get out to Columbus. It's the weekend prior to the Northern and Jason has me do trng days on Sat and Sun before the carb load on Wed of the following week. What hours are you working on Sat Ript?

I just got on this board, but I am very impressed at the knowledge everyone has. I'm not a big computer guy, but from what I've seen most boards are not like this. Everyone here, is for here for the right reasons and seems to genuinely want to help each other out.

just wanted to say thanks to all who showed up at the bev booth at the arnold. it was good to work there again even though i was dieting final week, it was exciting and so many sights!!! thanks everyone!
