Hi All,
I'm getting back in the gym again after 2 yrs.
Here's my nutshell story my husband and I have 5 kids I am now a stay home mom, we have always done some kind of work out, I am looking to loose the fat I have gain(about 15pds) I am to the point that I'm tired and no energy I find myself drinking red bull/monsters on the go same for my hubby, so after reading many of the discussion forums on BI here is what I have come up with,, but I think I need some help putting the meal and supplements together. I am 5'5" 125

Meal 1: 6 egg whites 1 yolk 1 pkg of oatmeal
Meal 2: 4oz chicken w/1/4c rice
Meal 3: Bagel w/UMP
Meal 4: 4oz chicken 1c veggies
Meal 5: ?
Meal 6: 6 egg whites w/1c veggies

These r my supplements I have Lean out, 7-keto, glutamine bcaa, muscle provider, Ump, density and Quadracarn.

Now the tuff one (for me)My hubby is 6'1" 255
more muscle than fat He is a very picky eater No veggies (only corn) he has a work out plan but I need some help w/a food plan, The main thing is belly fat for both of us.I like this,..

a. Emphasis on developing a “bikini” type body (less muscled than figure type physique)

Essential: Ultimate Muscle Protein or Muscle Provider (choose one)

Next Steps: Lean Out

Stack: 7-Keto and Muscularity

Additive: Glutamine Select

And for the hubby,

b. Emphasis on fat loss

Essential: UMP

Next Steps: Lean Out and 7-Keto MuscLEAN

Stack: Creatine Select and Glutamine Select

Additive: Density

*If 35 years or older add Quadracarn to the Essential list

sorry for the novel but I think I have found a great group of folks that will help and understand what we need..

Thank you

Wow, you have put the website to good use. You found the right list of supplements and I think you’re right on with the diet. I think you're even fine with the bagel to start. If you hit a plateau in a few weeks or next month, simply cut that out. Your hubby can use the same meal plan, just increase the portion sizes. Something like this: Level 1 Male Achieve a Fat-to-Muscle Transition

If he’s eating the same foods, that can also make it easier for your household cooking and grocery shopping. I see that he doesn’t like veggies though. Corn is actually a starchy carb so it would be in the category with rice and potatoes. I would suggest he substitute ½ grapefruit or 4-5 strawberries in place of the vegetables. These fruits are pretty thermogenic and are fairly low in carbs. Remember to use the Master Food List

I’m also going to repost the link to the supplement recommendations you found for anyone else reading this post:

Thank You Steven,,, I have been looking long and hard for something and this site is awesome, I'm glad I am in the right direction. I understand the food its putting it together that gets tricky. Supplements are a pain, you spend tons of money and do not feel any better or acheive your goals. So again thank you and the links are very helpful.
