Hey all...

Here is how I did this weekend...

NPC Natural Grand Prix

Novice Middleweight, 1st

Open Middleweight, 3rd

This was my best year ever as far as my condition. Everything came together in the last few weeks with my quads finally starting to separate.

Thanks for all the kind words, support and suggestions...

In health and fitness...

Ray

Great job Ray - not only did you improve over last year but you snagged a first place and a very respectable showing in the open class! Cool

Post your contest day pics when you get a chance so we can see what we all have to strive for!

Man the trainees are going to be knocking your door down now - standing in line to be trained by the expert who walks the walk and just doesn't talk the talk...

Thanks Everyone!

The pics I have from Friday and Saturday that actually came out are up on my site....see FitWorkz.com, News, Comp Pictures.

Fitdoc...no more comps on the horizon. Had planned to do two back to back but had to another this weekend but have a graduation to go to.

John Spartan, thanks for the tips on posing.

Frank where exactly does one go to fish for rabbits and are they edible?

In health and fitness...

Great job Ray - You look great in the pics - awsome abs and shoulders plus good overall symetry and balance. Excellent conditioning - it is no wonder that you took first in the Novice and did so well in the open.

I think that Frank might fish for rabbits using dynamite - that also tenderizes them quite a bit. Big Grin
