ok questioN. does anyone have any idea where i can find a table of expected calorie burn for exercise that is very accurate. for exaple swimming. my gf does more exercise than i do i know it. i asked her how musch cal does she burn during her daily swim. she said she found 8 cal per minute. seems cool then i asked 8 cal per minute for you or me. id like to find some info on cal burn per minute (whatever time period) per 100 lbs lean mass.
