ok well i was training a client who is a very motivated individual and she used to be a college track athlete. great explosive strength. well nutrition has been a bit off for her in the last few years after a baby.. so we were training today and all of a sudden she needed to sit down . didnt look so good. split second change.. she looked like her blood sugar crashed.. quickly thinking i ran to my car and made a shake of 2 scoops chocolate mass maker in 6 oz water for her and told her to sip on it NOT CHUG.. in about 5 minutes she was looking better and after 15 min of nutritional conversation about gly load , carbo, blood sugar etc she was ready to go!! and lovesd the taste of mass maker!!! i always have a container of MM in my car just in case i miss a meal or something happens .. well it was good for this also. i was just glad i didnt have to run next door to subway!!!!!
