I've been peeling over each thread and topic for days and have gained some much needed insight into this world of bodybuilding, figure, and good ole fashion healthy eating and training.

I've lurked here for a while before registering and the main thing I've noticed that has really set this board apart from some of the others is the camaradarie. I just love that! You guys seem to have a true passion for the sport and genuine concern for others success as well as your own.

Shining as Stars
