Hey,

Did you notice the downloadable training diary?
I think Someone at Beverly ought to be patted on the back... Nicely done!

Lots of folks don't log their workouts like they should & this tool will be invaluable to
folks to see if they are indeed improving their lifts over time.

I find a good workout journal is essential to continued progress.

Yes, I agree. Great job Bev!

I carry a journal with me each time I workout. I know everyone is different but I cannot see how someone can workout everyday and not know if they are improving or not without literally seeing it on paper. Again, I know some people may just know it off the top of their head but to me thats too much work. LOL

I have not seen it yet but I did create my own.

If anyone is interested I have created an excel spreadsheet to keep track of what I am eating everyday. it adds up all the protein, fat, calories and carbs while telling you what % of your diet is from each. It also calculates, projected from you caloric intake, how many grams of each you should be getting. It is nice because you can add/delete rows and it automatically updates evey catagory, not only for that partucular meal but the entire day.

If you are interested I can email it to you. I do not have a place to post it or I would do that so you could see how it works. I think it is a great tool...

Maybe Beverly can provide the tool for me to get this to eveyone...... Big Grin

I too like this journal. I took the .pdf document and downloaded to excel so that I could edit on it and track my progress electronically.
