Hi everyone, I'm new to the discussion board, but not Beverly products. I need some serious help!!! I'm three weeks out to contest, women's bodybuilding. I totally have fallen off the band wagon dieting for the last three days. Every month I seemed to do this, as I have bad PMS cravings and can't control them. Now, the scales are up and I needed to lose 4 pounds prior to my slip up. I don't know that I can lose 4 pounds, plus the 5 I gained from this slip up. I'm sure that I can take that 5 off, but it will probably take me the whole week. I'm on the Beverly Blue print pre-contest diet and Beverly Supplements. I'm getting back on track with my diet tomorrow!!! I need help on finding a natural way to help get rid of this bloat, water weight and losing that extra weight I've put on, plus the weight I need to take off, all before Sept 26th. Plus, I wonder if anyone else has trouble with PMS cravings and how to control them?
I would probably just do lots of cardio and keep up with the strength trainig. I know all about cravings, I get sweet cravings and i just drink lots of water and chew lots of gum!!! What show are you doing?
I'm drinking almost 2 gallons of water everyday. I can't even begin to count how much gum I chew, my jaws are getting wore out, lol. I'm doing the Cardinal Classic in Cleveland. I'm also planning on the Monster Mash in Middletown in Oct.
