I have met some pretty great people that have small businesses that cater to competitors. I wanted to recognize three of them on this post.

Marilyn and Libby of Liquid SunRayz have done my competition color for all but one of the five shows that I have done in the past 6 months. These gals are great and the color is phenomenal. If you have good color, it could play a big factor in your placing. Not to mention that it saves you the headache of buying a product and putting it on yourself. They do it all: spray tan, glaze, bikini bite, and glitter application. You don't have to worry about a thing. http://www.liquidsunrayz.com/

Jim Schwarz photography. He was the official photographer for the 2008 Monster Mash and the 2009 Cincinnati. Jim provides a personable service, great product, and a super reasonable price. He will also do photo shoots of you in his studio. http://www.jimschwarzphotographers.com/

Lastly, Cherie Chapman of Cherry Bombs posing suits. She provided me a posing suit that was cut a little bit different to accomodate my wishes to not show too much glutes and chest. LOL. And at an incredibly reasonable price. http://www.cherrybombs.net/

We are all looking for good deals because we spend so much money on our supps and prepping for competitions. So, I am just trying to spread the word with some great small businesses out there that go above and beyond and provide an exceptional service.

You guys are right - Marilyn is truly awesome. I was actually worried about what Jason was going to for Jr. Nationals... we've come to rely on her services and I did NOT want to have to pat him down again. Luckily we found out she's going to be there in Chicago! What a relief! I think I may have to start my planning the shows I do based on whether or not Liquid Sun Rayz is there Wink

Okay, make it four. Seriously, I have been thinking that, even though we all know that Jason has done the competition prep for many of us that post to this website, he needs to be included on this list.

Jason and Stephaney Theobald of www.nattynutrition.com. I absolutely know that I could not have won or placed as well in all 6 competitions that I have entered if it hadn't been for Jason's competition diet and peak week protocol. That man knows how to dial in a competitor and bring some real forces to the competition stage in all divisions. And J and Steph aren't just limited to providing nutritional services to competitors, they cater to the average Joe wanting to lean out and lead a healthier lifestyle. Not to mention, they both are cool as ****. Personable, professional, responsive, and incredibly reasonable rates. When I email Jason, I get a response in a matter of minutes. What more could anyone want?

I'm so proud of being a part of Team Natty that a pic of me, Joe, Jason, and Matt taken at the Mr. Cincinnati is my screensaver at work. It's not a pic of me winning an overall, its of Team Natty. Nuff said.

Hey lady - I didn't join the Bev Boards to prompt you to give us props - geez! But thanks - much appreciated. And always remember that YOU were the one who did all the work! You freaking rock!

I know that sister! I just wanted to let people know that Natty Nutrition is the go-to company for competition prep and general nutrition.

Great to see you on this board. Looking forward to seeing your input!
