Hello, I've been reading the info on these boards for a few months. And while it has been a slow process, I am making progress. I was at 240 when decided to change my life. My weight now is 219.7. The info on these boards is great and the members are fantastic, encouraging and helpful.

Please tell me if the Beverly Contest Prep Manual is available for sale through the mail.

I also received an email from CaseyR. WoW!!! I found out exactly how to receive the manuals I want, too.

After explaining that I had loads of Beverly products on hand, I found them somewhere else at a cheaper price. I was advised to wait until I was ready to place a large order.

Whhhhaaatttt??? No hard push for a sale???!!! Gosh, I am still recovering from the shock!! And CaseyR also advised me about on how to take my products, too. Needless, to say I am going to follow his advice and call him when I need to reorder!!!

Actually, I must admit that I am EXTREMELY disappointed with the Beverly International company. I've been communicating with them and they informed me that I had to place a BI order of > $140. Well, I placed an order with them (I usually order a usually large order of BI products religiously every month from another BI dealer) but to my dismay, my order fell below the $140 mark. So, I placed another order online. Then I received an email that I needed to have placed that order of > $140 VIA PHONE (which was NOT specified in the email) and that I would have to place AN ADDITIONAL order of > $140 and specifically ask for them to send it as it was not sent unless requested. WHAT A JOKE --- for a "FREE" booklet!!!! I cannot believe it!! I haven't even received my order that I just placed yet. I have been an incredibly loyal customer for SOO LONG and they pull that **** on me? I'm NOT placing another order through them and I'm sending the one I just ordered back as soon as I get it! I guess they don't care if they keep my business. Too bad, I'm VERY disappointed. I thought they actually were different from other companies out there.

Update, spoke with Rachel Wade from BI this morning on the phone and she was VERY accomodating. It seems there was a significant misunderstanding on both ends in our discussions via email. Thank you Rachel and Beverly International for your help!

Those kind of misunderstandings are a new thing for Beverly International. Other companies, yes. But, not Beverly. Bev may be slipping a bit.
