currently, its a lot as my calories go lower and lower into prep.

MP and oats, 1.5 hours prior.
On way to gym:
2 scoops GS

On my way in door:
8 Gh Factor
5 synergy
10 density
1 gram Alcar

PWO: 3 scoops GS (this is after training and pwo LISS).

Next meal in me by 40 mins post workout, its white potato, 2 density, lean ground beef and a whole bag of broccoli.

- I CANT TAKE CREDIT FOR THIS LITTLE CONCOCTION, BRIAN WIEFERING MADE IT UP FOR ME, BUT IT IS DEFINATELY THE BEST PRE/POST WORKOUT REGIMINE I HAVE USED!

I TAKE MASS AMINOS WITH ALL MY MEALS. DURING THE WORKOUTS, I JUST DRINK THE MUSCLE MASS DOWN WITH MY UPLIFT/GLUTAMINE CONCOCTION. I NEVER HAVE TRIED CARB DRINKS BEFORE OR AFTER MY WORKOUT.

Not a big fan of gatorade. I will drink Powerade Zero during a workout though. I think its better to get complex carbs PWO with whole foods. Firm believer (thanks to Jason) in the white potato and top round after hitting a hard trng session. No veggies so the digestion isn't slowed. IMHO, the gatorade is just some empty carbs that consist mostly of sugars. I would much rather eat complex carbs than drink simple sugars/carbs. Very very important especially if on a pre-competition diet where every carb counts.

I am a gigantic fan of aminos during training. At my peak I was taking Mass and Muscle Mass during training.

Mass during training during a building phase and Muscle Mass while cutting.

How does that old saying go? "Keep it simple stupid!"

I can certainly appreciate all of the advanced people and the different methods they use, they are all good! For most basic and beginning Beverly users I always advise a few supplements to start off with and take those few supplements to their maximum capacity.

The great thing about Beverly supplements is that almost all of them work great around training and synergistically together.

Want a super charged workout? Use Up-Lift
Want the Ultimate in Performance and Recovery? Use Glutamine Select before and after training or sipping during training.
Want to protect lean mass and burn additional fat during training? Use Density or Muscle Mass!

Another often overlooked but extremely important supplement are those things that either help to reduce cortisol release or fight free radicals after training.

To all my athletes (that is what bodybuilding is IMHO) I recommend either a heavy dose of vitamin C or antioxidants or a combo after training. Remember Old School is Cool!
