Everyone, I mentioned competing a while back. I met with Jeremiah this weekend, and the outcome was very good. I weighed in only at 155, but my bodyfat was at 10% and Im 14 weeks out. He thought I looked bigger than I did when i was at 168 and almost 14%, and I have a lot less bodyfat to lose. My legs are already very lean, and should allow them to come in better than ever before. I wont make lightweight, but I should be at the top of the bantam class, and that is fine with me given the ups and downs of the last two years. My diet is awesome. The calories are high, and I get one cheat meal every week for now. That will probably be dropped 10-8 weeks out Id assume, but I guess were just gonna see how i progress. I was eating a ton of sweets along with a sound 5 meal plan. So we just cut that out, and added 4 scoops of MM after training days. A few other modifications, but nothing major. Im still going to try to get some pics, and then ill upload them to my yahoo folder and share. I like to have them as I progress along. Jason Theobald | ||

Thanks guys, Im pretty excited about this prep. I think it should be my easiest and funnest yet. I have no expectations, but to just be leaner than the last time. This should not be a problem as I have 14 weeks. Last time i began at 14% and had only ten weeks, and still got into contest shape, it almost killed me, lol. But, I got there. Jason Theobald | |||
