What brand of jeans do all of you buy that fit? My husband and I both have trouble finding good fitting jeans..that specifically fit a bodybuilder bodytype.

Any ideas boys and girls??
Thanks!

I am a jeans girl...dressy jeans, sporty jeans, lay around the house on Sunday jeans, jeans with boots, jeans with heels, jeans with tennies…you name the jean and I love them.

But darn it, like Shred Betty said, it is hard to find good fitting jeans for men and women with fit or muscular bodies. They are usually tight in the legs and loose in the waist. Add in a 35-36” inseam (for a ladie) and it’s even tougher. And, we all want stylish jeans – not just jeans to get by.

I’ve searched high and low for good jeans.

Some that I have found to fit well for women are below. Unfortnately, a few are pricey. They are all really great quality denim, fit well and I think will last a while, but some might break the budget. Yikes.

MEK Denim – several really cute, hip styles – great long sizes too. Can be a bit pricey depending on the style.
Miss Me Jeans – their trouser jeans are great! Have three pair and LOVE them.
Paige Premium Denim (has a fit guide on their site – expensive) – The Laurel Canyon style fits well. I don't actually have a pair, but tried some on. Weren't long enough for me and it's tough to find long sizes in this brand. Fit really well everywhere else.
Buckle BKE – several styles that fit well. Usually affordable.
Buckle Big Star – several that fit well. Usually affordable.
Silver Jeans – ask what styles fit bigger legs. Have quite a bit of stretch, but do shrink a bit.

I've had the best luck at the Buckle, especially being tall and with larger legs. The staff there is usually really knowledgable and helpful in helping you find jeans in your fit. They can even special order if they don’t have what you are looking for in the store.

Some brands that we’ve found for guys with same issues are:

Lucky – ask about the bigger legged styles. My hubby has two pair that fit him great! Can be on the pricey side...sometimes can find on sale.
Manchester Jeans (at Buckle) – really hip and fit great. A little pricey too, but so nice.
Levi – these are really affordably priced and fit well. They are the styles in the 500’s I think. Not sure of the exact number. Relaxed leg/relaxed fit. We have found them at both Dillard’s and Macy’s.

Best wishes on your denim adventures!

Thanks Rachel! Great brands to try! I have one pair of Miss Me that I wear EVERYWHERE! And probably 10 pair that hang in my closet.

And yes, super tight in the leg and around the waist very loose! Annoying!

I'm going to the Buckle this weekend Wink

..the denim adventure continues!

Like the comments Aram and Frank!

Skinny jeans are for sissies!
