Curious of any comments about Aleve/Naprosyn - during the final weeks of prep or interactions with any of the Beverly products. My wife is 3 weeks out and her shoulder is really giving her problems, so she has taken some Aleve the past 2-3 days (it is masking the pain, so it has helped). During her workout today she noticed she wasn't getting as good of pumps as she has been lately. And during posing afterwards she didn't look as tight/lean as she has.

I read about the possible side effects and one mentioned was bloat/swelling/weight gain. I don't know if it might be the Aleve, the cycle of her diet (she's due for a carb-up meal tomorrow night - has been 3 days since she's had a carb-up meal), or something else.

Someone correct me if I am wrong but I believe that those meds thin the blood therefore her pump should be better in theory. Although there are probly other factors playing into it such as the carb up as u mentioned cat.
