Hey guys,

I am just getting over a sinus infection and was wondering what you guys do on working out. I have been out for about a week and I am eager to get back to the gym. I know my health comes first but for all those hardcore workout people you know how you feel when you just skip one day let alone a week. So my question is if you feel ok should you workout or just give yourself more time to get better and will you lose some muscle?

You may actually build some muscle during this down time; a time when the body is recovering. As long as you are getting plenty of clean calories and proteins, I would wait until you are 100%.
