Hey guys, I am just getting over a sinus infection and was wondering what you guys do on working out. I have been out for about a week and I am eager to get back to the gym. I know my health comes first but for all those hardcore workout people you know how you feel when you just skip one day let alone a week. So my question is if you feel ok should you workout or just give yourself more time to get better and will you lose some muscle? | ||

You may actually build some muscle during this down time; a time when the body is recovering. As long as you are getting plenty of clean calories and proteins, I would wait until you are 100%. Hope you are feeling better soon! Aram N. Hamparian Pro Natural Bodybuilder | |||
